The City of Casa Grande’s Public Works Department has released the Pavement Maintenance Overview for fiscal years 2025–2026. This map highlights planned street maintenance and improvement projects throughout the city, showing which roadways are scheduled for resurfacing and preservation work. The program supports safer, smoother travel and extends the lifespan of Casa Grande’s roadway network.

Neighborhood Notification (PDF) This project involves replacing accessible ramps at intersections, milling and removing existing asphalt, completing pavement replacement, and performing utility adjustments.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Accessible Ramp Replacement: October 27 – November 3
Milling: November 10 – November 12
Grading: November 13 – November 20
Paving: November 20 – November 25
Utility Adjustments: November 26
What to Expect
Large, heavy equipment with limited visibility will be used during construction. Please keep a close eye on children and use extra caution when driving or walking near work zones.
Observe all barricades, signage, and flaggers. Police officers may be present to help ensure the safety of both residents and construction crews.
Weekend work is not anticipated. In case of wet weather or equipment breakdowns, work may be rescheduled or delayed.
“No On-Street Parking” signs will be placed prior to milling and paving. Please move all vehicles, trailers, and boats off the street during this time. Any vehicles left parked will be relocated to a nearby completed or alternate area.
Access to neighborhoods, driveways, and side streets will be maintained, but brief (up to 20-minute) restrictions may occur during paving operations.
Please avoid running water from your property into the street during construction.
Place your trash receptacles at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled collection days.
