Calling All Pinal County Artists!

Overview 

The Casa Grande Arts & Culture Commission invites artists to submit proposals for a new wall mural at Palm Island Family Aquatic Park. We’re seeking a fun, festive, family-friendly mural with an 1980s-inspired design that captures energy, color, and community spirit.

Project Details

  •  Location: Palm Island Family Aquatic Park, 1115 N. Brown Ave., Casa Grande, AZ 85122 
  • Wall: Inside park, east-facing, concrete block, approx. 41 ft × 14 ft 
  • Budget: Up to $5,500 (includes artist fees, materials, equipment, and installation) 

Artists are encouraged to visit the site before submitting.

  • Style: 1980s-inspired energy and color 
  • Focus: Durability and strong visual impact from multiple viewpoints

How to Apply

  • Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. (noon)
  • Format: Hard copy only – electronic submissions will not be accepted
