Halloween Harvest Festival

Event Overview

Boos and ghouls of all ages are invited to a spooktacular and free night of fun on Friday, October 27th, from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM at the Paul Mason Sports Complex. Our witches and warlocks have mixed and matched some terrifying activities for everyone to enjoy, including inflatables for all ages, game booths, costume contests, food, fun, and, of course, CANDY! 

Need to Know Information 

Date: Friday, October 27th, 2023 
Time: 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM; doors open promptly at 5:30 PM 
Location: Paul Mason Sports Complex located inside Ed Hooper Park, 2525 N Pinal Ave, Casa Grande, AZ 85122 
Parking: Free parking and shuttles for the event area will be available. The main entrance to the event will be located at Pinal Avenue and Rodeo Road. 

What to Bring 

Families should bring fun and creative costumes, trick-or-treat bags, water, lawn chairs, and blankets. Food will be available for purchase.

Free parking and shuttles for the event area will be available. The main entrance to the event will be located at Pinal Avenue and Rodeo Road. The Paul Mason Sports Complex main entrance will be closed for the duration of the event. Please use the Rodeo Road entrance. 

Costume Contest 

The Costume Contest starts at 7:30 PM. 
Categories Include Best Costume (5 and under), Best Costume (6-10 years old), Best Costume (11-14years old), Best Costume (15+years old), Most Creative (All Ages), Scariest (All Ages), Best Duo/Couples Costume (All Ages), Best Costumed Family/Group (All ages, minimum of three people to participate). 

Game Booths 

Businesses and organizations are invited to participate in the Halloween Harvest Festival by hosting one of our beloved Game Booths. There is no cost to participate, but spaces are limited, and participating game booths are encouraged to bring candy in addition to promotional items. The City of Casa Grande does not provide candy on behalf of Game Booths. Inquiries should be emailed to Community Services
