Dave White Regional Park
The Dave White Regional Park is a hub for outdoor recreation in Casa Grande. This local park is home to several amenities, including the Dave White Golf Course, Dave White Pond, and two shaded playground areas. The park features courts for pickleball, basketball, racquetball, and volleyball and two Multi-Use fields perfect for practices and games. There are reservable ramadas located throughout the park for family gatherings, birthday parties, reunions, and more.
The City of Casa Grande Community Services Department runs the Dave White Golf Course, an 18-hole course that features scenery and 6,000 yards of family fun and challenging play. Aside from the course, the Golf Division maintains an array of practice facilities, including a driving range, putting green, and chipping area. Visitors can order drinks and snacks from the on-site bar as they peruse the Golf Pro Shop for new gear. Golfers can also choose between pull carts and motorized golf carts to make getting around a breeze.
Dave White Golf Course has achieved great success without the need for taxpayer dollars. This city run course is set up as an enterprise fund, which is a self-supporting government fund that sells goods and services to the public for a fee.
The City of Casa Grande is a proud participant of the Arizona Game and Fish Department’s Community Fishing Program. This program allows users to enjoy a fun and family-friendly fishing opportunity close to home and in community parks. The Arizona Game & Fish Department stocks the Dave White Pond with Channel Catfish, Bluegill, and Rainbow Trout during different seasons. Fishers ages ten and up are required to have an AZGFD Fishing License and must follow Daily Bag Limits. Buy a fishing license.
Dave White Park has a variety of ramadas available for rent. Our largest Pavilion Rental is Ramada D, which has over six tables with space for more, two large grills nearby, and limited electrical outlets. Our smaller ramadas A, B, and C also have grills, electrical outlets, and each has waterspouts.
