Post Ranch

Community Facility District (CFD) funds house money related to capital construction activities within the City’s four, special CFD taxing districts.

The Post Ranch planned area community is adjacent to the Phoenix Mart Project, a planned 1.5 million square foot “sourcing center” which is estimated to open in less than two years in Casa Grande (near the NWC of Toltec Buttes Road and Arizona 287). The Developers describe it as a sourcing center, a gathering place for small and mid-sized businesses to market their products and services directly to consumers, businesses and international buyers.

Currently, only the City Council Study Sessions and Meetings are televised. All Board and Commission meetings are open to the public, however, and you can view a calendar of the upcoming meetings and agendas by clicking here.

In order to serve on a City of Casa Grande Board or Commission, the following requirements must be met.

  • Must reside in Casa Grande for at least one year
  • Must be a registered voter
  • Submit an application for review and appointment by the City Council

If you would like to request a waiver for a requirement, a waiver request form must be submitted.
