The wastewater treatment facility no longer has a manhole accessible to the public per EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) restrictions.

4. What will the city do if I am experiencing a sewer back up?

The City will check the main sewer line before you call a plumber. The City is responsible for the main sewer line. The property owner is responsible from the tap in of the main sewer line to the home.

5. I am experiencing a Sewer Backup Problem, what do I do?

If you are experiencing sewer backup problems, please call the Public Works Facility at 520-421-8625 during business hours of 8 am to 5 pm, after hours please call the Police Department at 520-421-8700.
