To request a fire inspection, please complete the form in its entirety. Fire inspections require a 48-hour notice. If the requested inspection cannot be performed due to inclement weather, the contractor and/or property owner are responsible for canceling the requested inspection no later than 6:00 am on the day of inspection. A re-inspection fee will be assessed if the requested inspection cannot be conducted and hasn’t been canceled. If any work is covered prior to the inspection, the inspection will be failed and removal of materials will be the responsibility of the owners and/or contractor.

Before you can schedule an inspection, you must have a Business License with the city. Visit our Finance Department for more information about business licenses.
Invoice Paid Receipt must be provided prior to inspection report issuance.
