Plan Submittal Information
Plan Review Application must be complete and submitted with first review.
Plan review fee ($154 per sheet) will be due at the time plans are submitted to the City of Casa Grande Engineering Division.
- Reports $205.00 (per review) - CLOMRS $514.00 (per review)
Submit one copy of plans, one electronic copy and an Engineer's Design Report (which includes calculations for Drainage, Sewer, Traffic and soils), until plans are approved. Red lines must be returned with corrected copies.
Overall Utility Plan:
- Hydrant locations - Street light locations
- USPS cluster box locations - Sewer mains and man hole locations
- Water mains
ADEQ approval to construct must be received prior to plan approval. (The City has ADEQ delegative authority for Sewer only.)
Final Submittal:
- One (1) CD with scanned plans
- Three (3) sets of black-line plans
- One (1) mylar (must be 3MM) cover sheet
- One (1) signed black-line copy (mylar cover sheet will be returned to applicant.)
- Two (2) black copies will be retained for City use.
The City will issue a Sewer Capacity Letter and Maintenance Agreement. We will also issue Garbage Service/Disposal & Sewer Service Agreements.
Right-of-Way Permits must be applied for through the City of Casa Grande Engineering Division for any work within Right of Way or PUE.
Stamped and sealed Engineers Estimate of Material needs to be submitted with permit application. Right of Way permits must be obtained from Engineering prior to any work being started.
Any work or improvements planned on or in ADOT Right-of-Way requires an approved review and permit by ADOT Tucson District, with a copy submitted to the City.
Street Lights - Show location on plans or on single sheet.
As Builts:
- One (1) set mylar (must be 3MM) - One (1) set black-lines
- One (1) CD with scanned as builts
