The City of Casa Grande has established Street Naming and Addressing Procedures (SNAP)  to provide:
• Uniform and consistent street names and addresses to enable emergency response personnel as well as the general public to readily locate a street address.
• Increased efficiency of delivery services, including the U.S. Mail.
• Consistent and accurate legal documents.
• Convenience and proper orientation for travelers and citizens of the City.
