The City of Casa Grande will receive sealed bids for the following:

E. MCMURRAY BOULEVARD MILL AND OVERLAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122, where copies can be obtained by visiting our web site at www.casagrandeaz.gov or calling the City Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600.

All bids must be submitted by Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 1:30 P.M., City time to the City Clerk, Gloria Leija, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. The bid opening will take place on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 1:30 P.M. in the Main Conference Room (2nd Floor), 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122.

 ADDENDUM TO GRAVITY SEWER CLEANING

 

Addendum Number: 1

Date Issued: 09/09/10

I. INFORMATION TO BIDDERS

This addendum is hereby made a part of the bid packet issued for the “Gravity Sewer Cleaning” project and thereof must be attached to the bid packet response from the bidders.

II. Addendum Number: 1

The following changes shall be made to the bid documents, specs and information for the above captioned project.

A. Item No. 1
Under “General Information” Section 6 “Start and Completion of Work” revise the wording to read as follows:
2) Liquidated damages in the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars ($ 1,500.00) per calendar day may be assessed for each day the work remains incomplete after the scheduled and agreed upon completion date.

B. Item No. 2
The following clarification is provided with respect to the project Completion days being 90 calendar days. The 90 calendar days will remain the number of completion days, however the consideration will be given to the reasonable unexpected delays and hindrances.
