President Lehman called the meeting to order at 08:48 hours.

Minutes:
Minutes from October 5, 2011 were not available for approval at time of meeting. These minutes will be approved at the next scheduled meeting.

Unfinished Business
Motion was made by Butch Truman and seconded by Bob Jackson to accept the Pension Report from Innes Associates. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion was made by Butch Truman and seconded by Bob Jackson to approve payment to Innes Associates totaling $1,734.50 for services rendered. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion was made by Butch Truman and seconded by Bob Jackson to approve mailing of certificates to participants. Motion passed unanimously.
