Florence Blvd. Casa Grande, Arizona and can be viewed during regular hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and also available at the City of Casa Grande Police Department located at 520 N. Marshall Casa Grande, Arizona, 24 hours daily.

Notice is hereby given that the Casa Grande City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 15, 2008, at 7 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 510 E. Florence Blvd., Casa Grande, Arizona, to consider annexation of the following area:

DSA-08-00101: Jeffrey D. Gross, Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., on behalf of Mikron Industries, Inc., is appealing the decision by the Planning and Development Director not to forward Mikron’s appeal of the Planning and Zoning Commission’s approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a scrap metal or used materials processing, handling, and storage facility requested by Henry Fleet of Southwest Steel Processors, LLC to the City Council due to the appeal’s defects.
