Scheduling of your request for consideration by the Planning and Zoning Commission is contingent upon receipt of a complete application. The applicant will be notified of their application’s status.

A pre-application meeting with the City’s Development Team is required for certain applications. If you are submitting for a major site plan, subdivision plat, general plan amendment, planned area development or rezoning, the applicant must set a meeting time with the Development Center prior to the submittal deadline.

Submittals are accepted anytime during the year, however scheduling of the project will coincide with the next available submittal deadline date.
