7 ways to pay your city utility bill 1. Online Bill Pay Pay your bill on line. Just register and select your own user name and password and tie into your city account. Click the button below, then select register to get started. Please contact us for any questions or concerns at accountinfo@CasaGrandeAz.gov Please note: You will be directed to WebView, a third party vendor for the City to pay your bill online. 2. Surebill Automatic Deduction Payments can automatically be deducted from your checking account using our Surebill system. Payments are deducted on or around the 20th of each month. To be eligible to use Surebill, your account must be paid up to date. To start taking advantage of the convenience of automatic payments, print and complete the Surebill form and send it to us, along with a voided check from the bank account of your choice. The Surebill form and voided check can be sent via mail or fax: Mail the form to or fax the form to 520-421-8603
If you pay your bills on line through your personal financial institution, please ensure you note the correct account number in the field provided for this information. Allow five (5) business days from the date you request the transaction to take place at your personal bank before it is reflected on your city account.
Bills sent out to all customers contain a section to be torn / cut off. Return this section with your payment of check or money order to the preprinted address using the provided return envelope. CITY OF CASA GRANDE The checks are sent to a lockbox where they are deposited directly into the bank resulting in more security for you and time saving for the City. 5. In Person The Finance Department is located at 510 E Florence Blvd, Bldg B (white/tan building directly across from Whataburger). Hours of operation: 8 AM to 5 PM. Payments accepted are: Cash, Visa/MasterCard, check, and Money Order. 6. Drop Box (NEW LOCATION) The city’s drop box is conveniently located in the parking lot next to City Hall Building B (Finance) at 510 E. Florence Blvd. in Casa Grande. The parking lot can be accessed from Florence Blvd. 7. Over the Phone Payments can be made using a Visa or MasterCard by calling 520-421-8601 x1990 or follow the prompts in order to route your call properly. Hours of operation: 8 AM – 5 PM. Please have the account number, account owner’s name, and service address information available for verification. |
