The City of Casa Grande provides Live Help during regular business hours. Live Help is not guaranteed to be available during regular business hours and will be determined by staff availability. Live Help is intended to help users of the website find information quickly or answer questions that pertain to the City of Casa Grande. It is not intended to be social interaction and the City reserves the right to block users who abuse this policy.
