CITY OF CASA GRANDE PUBLIC LIBRARY:
S.P.A.R.C. (Students Participating in an Advisory Reading Committee)
This student council-type group of young adults meets every week to hang out, discuss books, help with library programs, and select items for the young adult collection at the Main Library. If you are between the ages of 13 to 17 and would like to join S.P.A.R.C. or would like more information, please stop by the library for one of our meetings. These meetings are held every Monday at 4:30 p.m. in the youth librarian's office at the City of Casa Grande Public Library.
Preschool Storytime
Please join the youth librarian for approximately a half hour of stories, songs, and a simple snack! All children are welcome; however, this program is generally suitable for ages 3 - 5. No registration is required but attendance is limited, so please be on time. This free event is set for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 2nd in the APS Community room.
Lapsit Storytime
Please join the youth librarian for 20 minutes of stories, songs, puppet shows, rhymes, and fingerplays. This program is generally suitable for ages 6 mo. - 2. Please be prepared to sit on the floor and hold your baby in your lap for this program. No registration is required but attendance is limited, so please be on time. This storytime will be held Wednesday, February 3rd at 10:30 a.m. in the APS Community room.
Book Club Kits "To Go"

Teen Gaming Night

Lunch Bunch Book Discussion Group
Lunch Bunch will be meeting in the Main Library's APS Community Room on Thursday, February 4th at 12noon. We will be discussing "Outcasts United" by Warren St. John. This is the story of a refugee soccer team, a remarkable female coach, and a small southern town turned upside down by the process of refugee resettlement.

Camera to Computers
Learn to transfer your photos from your digital camera to a computer and the internet. Share your photos with your friends, family, or the world. Please bring your digital camera and cords. Class will be held on Tuesday, February 2, from 5:15-6:45 p.m.
Basic Facebook
Have your heard of Facebook, but don't know what it is? Or perhaps you have friends and family you want to look up on Facebook, but you don't know how? Come to the library Saturday, February 6, from 9:15-10:45 a.m. to learn about Facebook, the fastest growing social network on the internet.

Make your mark as a premiere member of the Vista Grande Teen Group which meets each Tuesday in the library's Young Adult area from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
