The City of Casa Grande implemented a kiosk sign program in October 2001 to assist in directing the public to the location of new housing developments and various community facilities.  At that time, the City partnered with a kiosk company who installed directional kiosks on which homebuilders rent space in order to direct the public to their developments.  These kiosks were replaced with new kiosks in April 2009 and the City of Casa Grande now adminsters the program.  The kiosks consist of individual panels which direct the public to particular homebuilders or developments.
 
The homebuilder creates or otherwise obtains panels according to the specifications provided by the City of Casa Grande.  The homebuilder then pays the City a monthly fee to lease the panel space on the kiosk.  There are currently 15 kiosks throughout the City, each with two sides upon which homebuilders may advertise their developments.  The City continues to advertise and sell new panels to interested homebuilders.
