Public Notice Development Impact Fees

The automatic inflationary adjustments to the City of Casa Grande development fees scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2010, will not be implemented due to the passage by the Arizona Legislature of HB2478, which essentially freezes municipal development fees through June 30, 2012. The development fee schedule dated July 1, 2009, will continue to be applied through that date.
