WHAT IS MY PROPERTY ZONED?

There are two ways to find the zoning. Use the web search tool available online or you may contact the Development Center at 520-421-8630 and ask for the Planner of the Day. Please have the Assessor's Parcel Number, address of the property or both available to assist in the zoning research.

HOW DO I OBTAIN A ZONING CONFIRMATION/COMPLIANCE LETTER REQUEST FORM?

You may fill out an application request form and returned to the Development Center, 510 E. Florence Boulevard. The form is located here.

WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY?

You can find ownership information at the Pinal County Web site at: http://pinalcountyaz.gov/Departments/Assessor/Pages/ParcelInfoSearch.aspxGo to Parcel Info Search (located in the upper right hand corner of the screen) and search by parcel number, address, owner or section - township & range.

HOW DO I FIND MY PROPERTY LINES?

The best and most accurate way is to have the property surveyed. This is critical when placing any structures on the property. You may consult the Yellow Pages in the phone book for local surveyors.

Do you require permit for a water heater?

If you are just changing out the same exact type of water heater then you do not require a permit. If you are changing the size of your water heater or from gas to electric or electric to gas then you will need a permit.
