Yes. You can search the site using the integrated search function. The search page is listed under the home tab or by clicking here. Our search engine is powered by using Internet-leader Google.
How often will the website be updated?
The website will be updated on a daily basis, Monday - Friday and in case of emergency notifications, the site will be updated anytime and continually until the situation has subsided.
How do I use Live Help and what is it for?
You can use Live Help by clicking on any of the links located throughout the website. There is a link at the bottom of every page and under the home button. You can also access Live Help by using this easy web address www.casagrandeaz.gov/web/guest/livehelp. Live Help can be used to help you find the information needed on the website or to answer any City related questions. It is not intended for social interaction. Live Help is available from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday when City operators are available. If an operator is not available to answer your question, you will be prompted to leave a message.
I am having trouble accessing or finding the information I am looking for. What should I do?

I tried to use a form but it is asking me to type in a code. What is that for?
It is called a capchta and it blocks computers from submitting information into forms. It requires a person reading the information in the image to be able to submit the form. This prevents spam attacks on our website.
