If I am a victim in a case that went to court, how can I find the outcome?

Does your office provide legal advice to the public?

No. The City Attorney provide legal advice to the City of Casa Grande departments and we prosecute cases. We do not defend or give out legal advice.

Once I've filed charges can I drop them?

The State of Arizona is the only party who can drop the charges.
