Mission Statement
To provide safe and efficient infrastructure systems and to operate and maintain them. To provide upgrades and additions to the City’s infrastructure system to accommodate growth. To provide technical advice and guidance to the public and City management.

 

 

Capital Projects

The CIP Engineering Division is responsible for the implementation of the Capital Improvement Program relating to Storm Drains, Drainage, Streets, and Traffic Signals. We also Provide Inspection Services responding to City Department, City Officials, Citizen, Developer, and Contractor Inquiries.

 

 

Traffic Engineering
The Traffic Engineering Division is responsible for establishing traffic engineering standards, reviewing traffic impact studies, reviewing pavement marking and signing plans, coordinating traffic counts, conducting traffic investigations, preparing school safe route plans, representing the City on various transportation committees.  We oversee the construction of traffic signals and proper traffic control for the City of City of Casa Grande.
