2025 Business Outlook Luncheon – Mayor Lisa Fitzgibbons


At this year’s Business Outlook Luncheon, Mayor Lisa Fitzgibbons shared an inspiring and comprehensive update on Casa Grande’s progress, priorities, and vision for the future. 

The Mayor highlighted the City’s continued focus on community engagement, transparent communication, and partnerships that strengthen the connection between residents, businesses, and local government. She outlined major capital improvement projects including roadway upgrades, utility expansions, and infrastructure investments designed to support Casa Grande’s growing population and thriving economy. 

Key topics included updates on housing trends, water resource planning, and the City’s responsible approach to growth through new state programs and regional collaborations. Mayor Fitzgibbons also discussed the proposed General Obligation Bond, which would fund new recreational amenities such as a modern aquatic complex and expanded sports fields, enhancing quality of life for residents. 

The address also showcased exciting developments in economic growth, workforce development, and public safety, underscoring the City’s commitment to building a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable future. 

Casa Grande continues to rise, fueled by community pride, strong partnerships, and a shared vision for long-term prosperity.
